Tim Panzica

Construction Executive

Timothy Panzica, LEED AP, is president of IQ Advisors, LLC, a provider of independent advisory services for
capital projects, including leadership in the early master planning and budgeting phase, identifying and
negotiating the services of the many professionals involved, and proactive guidance in the incorporation of
responsible sustainability initiatives. He specializes in working with clients who seek a partner who can advise
them through the entire lifecycle of a capital project, particularly those without the in house resources to devote
to such an undertaking.
A 30 year veteran, Mr. Panzica is the respected former executive and entrepreneur of a regional construction
and real estate firm that ranked as one of the largest in NE Ohio.

He is well versed in the intricacies of the varied delivery models contemplated for especially complex
construction projects.
In addition, Mr. Panzica is a fervent promoter of the principles of the Integrated Project Approach and how best
to responsibly incorporate them into the culture of the design and construction team.
His further passion is responsible green building and Mr. Panzica is an industry recognized leader in this arena.
He is, himself, a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and devotes
much time sharing best practices about responsible green building with others. Moreover, Mr. Panzica also
actively promotes the incorporation of high performance and passive energy standards into projects for clients
most interested in dramatically reducing their overall energy requirements and carbon footprint.

He is immediate past chair for the Catholic Charities Corporation and also serves on the board of the St. Vincent
Charity Hospital Foundation, Catholic Community Foundation, St. Martin de Porres Cristo Rey High School, and
Family Promise of Greater Cleveland.
Mr. Panzica remains an active board member of the NE Ohio Chapter of the U.S Green Building Council, the
Cleveland 2030 Sustainability Initiative, the Industry Advisory Board for the Kent State College of Applied
Engineering, Sustainability & Technology, and continues his long service on the University of Notre Dame, School
of Architecture Advisory Council.
He received his B.S. and D.D.S. from the University of Notre Dame and The Ohio State University respectively.
